Revolving Loan Fund

Tri-County RDC offers gap financing to businesses in Divide, McKenzie, and Williams counties. This program is intended to complement, not replace, existing financing options. 

Eligible projects are, but not limited to:

Start-ups and expansions

Construction

Site improvements

^

Equipment and inventory

^

Operating capital

Funding Criteria:

Minimum loan amount of $5,000, Maximum loan amount of $25,000

^

Fixed interest rate over the life of the loan

^

Loan must be secured with reasonable collateral 

^

Term limit of 5 years

^

The RLF cannot be used as the lead lender

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program helps communities in Divide, McKenzie, and Williams counties fund projects that benefit low-income to moderate-income individuals through impactful community development initiatives. These grants come from the federal government and are managed by North Dakota Department of Commerce, Division of Community Services.

Most projects must help low-income and moderate-income residents (at least half of the people who benefit).
